At a distance 350m from the village and few minutes from the sea, built in a plot of 6300 m2, on a hill’s slope, our private 2-villa complex “St’Astra” comprises 2 independent luxurious but at the same time of traditional architecture villas “Dias” (Jupiter) and “Aris” (Mars), 310 m2 each one, with a common-use swimming pool of 100 m2.
Showcasing a breathtaking panoramic view to the village and the nearby islands, both villas represent the proper definition of relaxation and revitalization!

Whether by foot or by car (free of use of 2 cars, 5 seat Suzuki Jimny & 9 seat Fiat Scudo, except fuel cost provided) accessibility to everything is so easy!
Ideal for groups of friends and families, our new establishment (built in 2010) can also prove to be unique for larger groups who wish to spend their holidays together while retaining privacy between the two villas.
Our villas are surrounded by a garden of 5000 m2 fully integrated in the Cycladic landscape and natural terrain of the island. A small melon field and herb patch guarantees few fresh biological vegetables for the visitors. The garden also offers many spots for relaxation and enjoying the view for those that would wish to explore it or be on private, away from the swimming pool and the sitting areas. In the garden there is a small terrain for mini soccer, volleyball, a place for yoga-pilates and a playground for small children.
Children also enjoy the ping pong and the basketball in the pool. A small water cascade separates the children’s pool of 20 m2 from the big one which has a hydro massage. Around the pool, there are two built sitting areas with tables, comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. The small pool bar is equipped with a fridge, & music system. You can always connect your mobile and play your preferable own music even with air play IOS or Android.
Both villas are surrounded by big verandas, each of them has comfortable bamboo seats and a large dining table and chairs for moments of relaxation and enjoying your meals. At the back of each villa, there is the barbecue and the traditional oven along with another dining set.
This private property with a really unrivalled panoramic view, will offer you never-ending moments of relaxation and at those nights that you will choose to sit next to the pool, away from the island’s night-life, it will take you to a journey to The Stars (St’Astra) in the light of the candles and the sound of your favorite music.
